A quick way to jump to the beginning of a document is to press the "Ctrl" & "Home" keys.

 

A quick way to jump to the end of a document is to press the "Ctrl" & "End" keys.

 

This works in most Word Processing programs. It also works on web pages, but you don't need to use the Ctrl key. Just press "Home" or "End" to go to the beginning or end of any web page.
