Yes, there is a way to have this information at the end of each e-
In Outlook:
1. Click on "Tools" and then "Options".
2. Click on the "Mail Format" tab and at the bottom of that page, click on the "Signatures" button.
3. Click on the "New..." button to create a new signature. Type a name for the signature (Something like "Basic" or "Work") and then click "Next".
4. In the next window, type the information you want to appear in each e-
5. Click "OK" to go back to the "Mail Format" page. At the bottom of the page, in the section that says, "Signature for New Messages" click on the name of your signature, and click "OK".
In Outlook Express:
1. Click on "Tools" and then "Options".
2. Click on the "Signatures" tab, then the "New" button to create your new signature.
3. Type the text for your signature in the bottom box, then go to the top of the window and put a check mark in front of "Add signatures to all outgoing messages".
4. Click "OK" and you will be done.
