One of the questions that people often ask me is, "How do I download a file?"
Today, we are going to answer that question for you.
The first thing you need to do, is find a file you want to download. For this tutorial, we are going to use a file on my website, it is a sample file with 25 common computer questions and answers.
You can head on over to my e-
See where the red arrow is pointing? That is where you would click to begin downloading your file. I have set up the picture above, so that you can click on the picture to begin your download as well.
Once you click on the words "Click Here", a file download window will appear that looks like this:

Since you chose the easy installation, the next thing you will have to click is the "Thanks" button and your program is installed.

Now take a look at your desktop, you will see two new icons there. One of them is the file that you downloaded in order to install your program. The easiest place to remember is the desktop, so click on the drop down list next to the words "Save in" and click on "Desktop"
then click on the "Save" button in the lower right hand corner of the window.
Your file will begin downloading and when it is done, you will either see a window that says "Download Complete",
or the window will automatically close and you will see the file you just downloaded on your desktop.
If you have the "Download Complete" window, just click on the "Open" button to start installing your program,
If you don't have that window, find the file on your desktop (this is why you needed to remember the name of the file) and double click on it.
When you double click on the file, you begin the process of installing the program.
For this 25 tip program, the top option is the easiest way to install the program.

Most programs have a license agreement that you should read and agree to.
If you don't agree with the license, you will not be able to install the program.
Just click on the "Yes I do" button and your program will begin to install.
